Due to the industrial nature of these materials and the fact that products are often cut, processed, or supplied as per customer requirements, we maintain a strict **no return and no exchange policy*.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Customers are requested to carefully verify all details such as product type, grade, size, dimensions, quantity, and delivery information before placing or confirming an order. Orders placed through our website, phone, email, or any other communication channel will be considered final once they are confirmed by the customer.
We advise customers to inspect the materials properly at the time of delivery. If there is any visible damage during transportation or if an incorrect product has been delivered, the customer must inform our team immediately at the time of delivery and report the issue within *24 hours* of receiving the material. The complaint should include proper details such as invoice number, order details, and supporting photographs of the material received. Any claims made after the specified time period may not be considered.
Since *Raj Iron and Steel Sales* follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, refunds are generally not applicable once the order has been processed or delivered. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as non-availability of material from our end or cancellation of the order before dispatch with prior approval from our management. If a refund is approved in such cases, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within *7 to 10 business days*.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the order details provided by them are accurate and complete, including product specifications and delivery address. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive and verify the material at the time of delivery.
